Ultra UV2 Lamp Assembly, 3 Lamps (part # 005-422-9015-00) for the Ultra UV2 (Model #(Model #004-422-2021-00, 004-422-2022-00, 004-422-2023-00, 004-422-2025-00, 004-422-2026-00, 004-422-2027-00) includes the lamp holder and lamp retainer.  If only the lamps are required (Part # 005-422-9017-00), they are available here.

This item will also allow Ultra UV owners to upgrade to the new lamp system used in the Ultra UV2.  All parts are genuine Paramount.
